Applicants are required to submit the following materials in full to be considered for the Reverend Joe W. Dillard Scholarship:
All required documents must be postmarked no later than June 1, 2026, and mailed to the following address:

In addition, the online application must be fully completed and submitted by the stated deadline. Applications that are incomplete or received after the deadline will not be considered. All awards will be issued to each recipient only after a copy of their registered class schedule has been received. Copies of class schedules must be submitted via email to admin@olivebranchchurch.org.
Applicants must be/have:
- A current member of Olive Branch Church since April 2025.
- Have completed New Members Orientation Class.
- A recent High School graduate (May/June 2026)
- Been accepted and attending an accredited college, university or vocational/technical school.

- An official high school transcript reflecting final GPA, bearing the official school seal
- An acceptance letter from a college, university, or vocational/technical institution
- Two (2) letters of recommendation, consisting of one (1) academic reference and one (1) personal reference from a non-relative
